Our first meeting will be at the location of the virtual tour. It is a chance for both of us to ask questions and for me to assess the site and take notes. We can agree on where the photos will be taken and how many and discuss any special add on features that you might like in the tour.

Once I have all the information I need, I will create a personalised quotation for you and advise you of my availability.

Following acceptence of the quote, the final step before starting work on the project is to sign the contract.

On the day of the photo shoot, I will arrive at the venue at the agreed time. Areas to be photographed should be clean and tidy and prepped prior to my arrival. There should not be any people in the photographs unless they are part of the tour by agreement. When all the photographs have been taken, I will pack up and return to my office to begin the work of creating your virtual tour.

Creating a Virtual Tour is when the real work begins and is the most time consuming part of the process. Each photograph is processed before being added to the virtual tour software. The tour software has a wide range of possible features, which can be configured according to what has been agreed and the type of tour requested. Once all the work has been completed, a demo tour will be produced for review.

A demo of the finished virtual tour will be sent to you for review and any required changes will be made according to the contract agreement. Following this, a final version of the virtual tour will be produced in the agreed format.

I will provide you with the completed virtual tour in one of several agreed fomats for inclusion on your website or computer.
